By downloading or using BassDaunito, you agree to these Terms of Use. Please read them carefully before starting your reading expeditions.
1. Purpose of the Application
BassDaunito is a personal reading companion that models reading progress as plane-table survey geometry across Map, Catalogue, Sortie, Stats, and Settings views. It is provided for personal, non-commercial use on your compatible device.
2. Rules of the Reading Table
Within BassDaunito, only one Underway Sortie may be open at a time. Logging session pages adds to Charge, and sighting the alidade requires at least 20 pages in Charge to advance your Figure to the next station. Sighting while in the Slack phase records a diagnostic EarlyMark without advancing the station. You are responsible for managing your local data, including any full table reset triggered in Settings.
3. Intellectual Property
The BassDaunito application, including its plane-table visual design, duotone terrain rendering, geometry calculations, and original text, is protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws. Book titles, authors, and ISBN metadata you enter or look up remain the property of their respective owners.
4. Disclaimer of Warranties
BassDaunito is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee that the application will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that local device data will never be lost if you delete the app or reset your device.
5. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the creator of BassDaunito shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use or inability to use the application.
